Description |
This position assists with the maintenance, upgrade and new development of .Net applications and web based internal management applications utilizing the .Net Suite. Software.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
The responsibilities and authorities stated below are subject to established policies.
? Upgrading and developing new .Net applications
? Utilizing Internet based languages such as XML and HTML to develop relevant applications
? Working with Visual to migrate existing VB/ASP windows based applications to the next generation.
? Supporting back office applications
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum of 1-3 years in an equivalent .NET development position
Bachelor's degree or completion of relevant post-secondary technical and computer related training programs. i.e. BS in Computer Science, CNE, MCSE.
Knowledge of the most widely used network technologies and topologies, and industry software.
Familiarity with scanners and image storage systems as well as document distribution devices and software.
Ability to communicate technical information effectively verbally, in written and graphic formats.
Understanding of network/enterprise software. i.e. (Tivoli, CA, SAP, SharePoint software).
Solid knowledge of .NET, Visual Basic, SQL, Crystal Reports, Networking and Systems.
