Description |
Assist in and/or lead analysis plan development, conducting analyses, interpreting results, and documenting and communicating results to sponsors. Lead and/or participate in multi-organizational technical committees and/or working groups tasked with developing operational concepts. Lead and/or participate in collaborative analysis events to evaluate advanced war fighting technologies, system-of system concepts, and force architectures.
Develop projects focusing on evaluation of advanced technologies, system-of systems concepts, and force architectures.

Requirements |
B.S. or equivalent in operations research, systems engineering, or a related scientific/technical discipline with significant experience (at least 7 years) performing quantitative/qualitative analysis. At least 5 years experience in project/program management and in leading technical teams, especially multi-organizational teams. Demonstrated leadership role experience in test and evaluation of military systems and tactical operations. Experience in developing and presenting technical briefings and academic papers. Collaborative inter-personal skills.
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.
Desired: M.S. in systems engineering or equivalent. 5 or more years experience in leading A/JCTDs, AOAs, and or other complex system-of systems analysis projects. At least 2 years experience in IP-based network analysis . Experience in the evaluation of systems in the conceptual development stage. Mathematical modeling experience. Experience developing, leading and facilitating collaborative decision-making workshops as well as preparing the workshop analysis products. Mathematical/statistical assessment experience with exposure to software such as JMP or Matlab.
